"Salads Lena - Tsilipakou S.A." has been active in the catering sector since 1985 and specializes in the production of traditional Greek salads. Since then and until today, we preserve the traditional recipes, the love, the valuable experience and the know-how of the first generation.

Now, the second generation of our family business, continues to create products that stand out for their high quality and unique taste. Our salads are produced using the best raw materials from all over Greece, supporting local producers.

We combine traditional flavours with the new trends in the food industry and we aim at extroversion since our products meet the requirements not only of the domestic but also of the foreign market.

Our company operates in modern building facilities, has excellent mechanical equipment and complies with the global standards of hygiene and safety.

Aristidis Tsilipakos establishes "Lena Salads" in Ampelokipi district of Thessaloniki. Our story begins!
